- Lulusan pendidikan minimum Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Teknik atau Sekolah Menengah Umum Jurusan IPA
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimum 5 (lima) tahun pada posisi/pekerjaan Insulation di proyek/industri offshore
- Harus memiliki pengetahuan & mahir/pengalaman kerja praktis/teknis berkaitan dengan spesifikasi dan aplikasi Insulation di proyek/industri minyak & gas
- Memiliki sertifikat kursus/training di bidang Painting & Coating
