KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Prepare daily reports, presentations and other important documents.
•Set corporate and casual meeting.
•Received and transfer important messages from clients and other important person.
•Make and present presentations or proposals.
•Communicates with clients, head officers and other business associates.
•Create and distributes meetings minutes.
•Encode and store important files or documents in computers.
•Assure the confidentiality of important matters.
•Make travel arrangement
QUALIFICATION:
1.Female, max 25 years old
2.Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Secretarial or Mass Communication.
3.Must have at least 2-3 years experience as secretary in a corporate company.
4.Excellent command in English both Spoken & Written
5.Must have wide in administrative and clerical works.
6.Knowledge in dealing and communicating with different people.
7.Knowledge in book keeping
8.Must know how to use computer applications.
9.Ability to present good proposals.
10.Can do multi tasking and can meet deadlines
11.High of integrity, passion, professional confidence, achievement, and target oriented
12.Strong in creative thinking & have a good business awareness and be able to work within a budget
13.Be able to respond well to pressure and high initiative and results driven
