HRD & GA Superintendent
- To be responsible in managing and maintaining all HRD&GA daily activities
- To manage recruitment and staffing process
- To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. compensation and benefits, people motivation, discipline, employee services, employee welfare, and grievance procedures)
- To manage general HRD administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices
- Control & Monitoring daily manpower time sheet as at project site.
- Check & Monitoring of the Employee Salary & Overtime calculation.
- Check & Monitoring Jamsostek & Health Insurance.
- Check, Control & Monitoring the Employee Roster Leave.
- To facilitate effective communication and staff relation across the organization
- Control & Supervisory Camp Boss, and Camp Crew activities at the site.
- Government Relation & Community Development.
- Supervisory, Control and monitoring Security Member activity.
- Supervisory, Control and Monitoring Transport activity.
- Appropriate monitoring/coordination services, planning and implementation, development, execution, policies initiation and approval of corrective actions, including regulatory agencies representatives, decisions making, changes incorporation when necessary
- Min Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering from reputable university
- Min. 5 years experiences in related position, in civil Project.
- Good in analytical, reporting and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
