Lowongan kerja HRD Departemen Head

Our client, a financing company located in South Bekasi, has immediate
vacancy for qualified professional for specific position as:

HRD DEPARTMENT HEAD

Main Responsibilities:
 Manage and ensure all staffing activities run well, starting from
recruitment and selection until the end of employment process.
 Set up and administer annual manpower planning and selection, employee
database and turnover report.
 Conduct psycho test and intake interview, and recommend candidate
based on the test result.
 Arrange the next selection process, including user interview.
 Prepare all agreement and employment contract and ensure all the
contact agreement documents are valid and updated.
 Manage training and other development program activities and
documentations.

Job Requirements:
 Hold Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
 At least at 2 years experience as HR Generalist/HR Senior Officer/HR
Department Head.
 Male/Female, age min. 30 years old.
 Having good experience with psychological test.
 Possess experience in financial industry is an advantage.
 Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
 Fluent in English both verbal and written.
 Able to work independently as well as in team.
 Possess excellent leadership skills and able to develop team.
 Well organized, independent, possess excellent analytical skills,
highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical
skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest, able
to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as
under pressure.
