GM Commercial

Requirements

• Experienced at least 7 years and successfully proven implement a business which related to F&B, enternatinment, daily needs, health (fitness & Spa) and activities
• Experienced at least 7 years and successfully create, develop and manage trade center, mall, traditional market, etc
• Experiences for number 1 & 2 include all property business process; concept, feasibility study, planning stage, development and monitoring

Project Manager

Requirements

• Careful and discipline in optional project which concerned with cost, quality, time and also safety and environment
• Experienced at least 7 years and successfully proven in developning property projects, such as apartement, landed house, office building, hotel, mall, etc
• Experiences for number 2 include; concept, design, license, marketing & sales, construction, and delivery

Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Proactive, creative, out of the box thinker, and can be quickly take a decision and also dare to take risks
• Experienced at least 7 years as Marketing Manager from reputable developer and successfully proven implement marketing activities with highly satisfied sales revenue

Marketing Communication

Requirements

• Able to lead and coordinate work partners. such as media, marketing consultant and many thins related
• Experienced at least 5 years and successfully proven implement marketing communication

General Requirements

• Male/Female, max age 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from major architect, civil engineering, management, finance, marketing
• Good leadership, able to communicate and negotiate with owner, client, investor, and government official
• Able to create idea/concept and strategic plan which related to business development
