Senior Supervisor Engineering

MAIN PURPOSE :
•    Ensure HSE policy are followed
•    Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance program are working professionally
•    Ensure electronics problem are solved and improved
•    Ensure calibration program are working professionally
 
TASK & DUTIES :
•    Follow and monitor the HSE Program
•    Review & Improve preventive and predictive maintenance program
•    Review & improve electronics hardware and software on the machines
•    Review & monitor the execution of calibration schedule
•    Evaluate the staff performance
•    Control the required stock in spare part inventory
•    Proactive on cost saving program
 
Requirements
•    Male
•    Max. 30 y.o
•    Electrical Engineering Bsc Degree
•    He has Min 3 years experience in similar position
•    Fluent in Bahasa, English & Able to computer literate ( Microsoft and windows)
•    Ready to work under pressure
•    Good understanding on PLC & drive system ; Know Autocad program
•    Good healt condition, have good leadership skill
