Name of Job Vacancy: Software Support Engineer (Telecom Exp.)

Reporting to: Managed Service Delivery Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
· Monitor system performance ( OS, application and Hardware) and KPI 24*7
· Troubleshooting and Maintenance for systems, including addressing cause of alarms or systerm issues, resolving systerm issues by analyzing failure records and system logs, manual testing of system performance, etc
· Escalate issues to tier 2 engineer when nessesary
· Meeting SLA and customer satisfaction targets, perform regular tasks and refer relational report to ensure the systems perform within the agreed service levels
Professional Related Working Experience
· At least 2 years related work experience in software development, testing or maintenance (e.g. IBM Netcool, HP Performance Insight)
· Support, administration or installation experience of LINUX, SUSE or RedHat
· An understanding of or experience with an industry standard DB (e.g. Sybase IQ, GreenPlum, Oracle) • Programming skills (Java) • Network Protocol (TCP/IP)
· Distributed System knowledge and concepts (e.g. Hadoop)
· Experience with web-based products
· Experience of BMC Remedy
· Basic knowledge and concepts of Moble Network (Preferred)
· Telecom company experience Preferred）
· Education: 4 years university degree in Computer Science.
· Language Skills: English，Arabic(Optional).
· Interest in new product, good working attitude, good cooperation attitude.
· Preferably local candidates with Transferable Iqama but we will accept application form overseas
· Candidate must be immediately available
· Experienced & Certified Professionals will be preferred.
