Temporary General Affair
Responsibilities :
  • Ensuring smooth operations as office and providing support to all office staff in all administrative matters
  • Ensuring all office inventory, facilities and also staffs accommodation due the business trip are well maintained
  • To handle procurement and servicing of office furniture; purchase and all other stores consumables.
  • To manage a team of front office support staff
  • To ensure a world class working environment for all the office team members

Requirements :
  • Male/Female, max. 27 years old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Min. 1 years experience in the same position, experience in retail industry would be an advantage
  • Computer & English literate
  • Able to work independently & with team
  • Active personality & able to work under pressure
